Meet Ramona
I have been in real estate since 2003. Becoming part of the John L. Scott family was an easy decision for me. As a broker with this company I already have a presence and reputation in the market and it’s a family business and well-known locally. John L. Scott was the only company I interviewed with and I am thrilled to be part of the team.
Before I became a broker, I always worked in very customer-facing roles. I was a manager at Bank of America and also spent eight years before that in retail and customer service. When I began exploring other career options, my husband suggested real estate. I love my job and as a broker, not only do I have the opportunity to continually educate myself and learn new things, but I also help people achieve the ultimate “American Dream” to purchase a home.
I work with clients of all backgrounds, from first-time homebuyers to investor clients. I consider myself to be a great communicator and I am thankful for the referrals that I receive! In addition to English, I speak Romanian and French and a lot of my clients come from within the Romanian community. At the end of the day, what’s most important to me is that my clients are as comfortable as possible and that they know I am always there to act as a support system. I am a seasoned professional and certified negotiator!
I am based in the Kent area and I also help clients buy and sell in and around Bothell, Seattle, Mill Creek, Everett, Lynnwood, Federal Way, Puyallup and Bonney Lake. Whether you are new to the area or just curious about the market, I would love to chat with you. I am an active member of my community and I contribute a portion of each commission to the John L. Scott Foundation. I am also a big animal lover (in particular golden retrievers!) and I regularly donate to local animal shelters.
When I have time to myself I love to travel, spend time with my dog, go to the movies and enjoy great food.
Kent
Conveniently located between Seattle and Tacoma, Kent is the third largest city in King County and the second oldest. Despite its size and age, Kent maintains a close-knit community and boasts every modern amenity. Kent is home to the Showare Center, a multi-use events center that hosts concerts and other live events and is the home of the Seattle Thunderbirds hockey team, the Tacoma Stars of the Major Arena Soccer League, and the Seattle Mist of the Legends Football league. Touring shows like the Harlem Globetrotters and Disney on Ice also make stops at the Showare Center. In the heart of downtown, Kent Station is an open-air center for shopping, dining, relaxing and seeing movies. Kent Station also holds events throughout the year like Halloween trick or treating, Easter egg hunts, summer concerts, and pictures with Santa during the holidays. Kent residents love to get outdoors, taking in the views of Mt. Rainier from one of our many parks, biking along the valley trails, and bird watching at the Green River Natural Resources Area.
